If you are an entrepreneur, you know that managing a business can be a daunting task. We believe one of the keys to an entrepreneur’s success is being able to maintain “headspace.”

There are so many things to manage that often times the space available in the entrepreneur’s mind to develop new products and ensure great customer service is limited, and the entrepreneurial spirit becomes diminished and suppressed.

CorpTrack was born to help the entrepreneur reclaim their headspace so they can become all they were made to be.

CorpTrack is simple but incredibly powerful. We will track all of your corporate and business deadlines, therefore freeing up your mind to focus on what you do best.

Step 1 – Corporate Assessment

We review your entire business and all known deadlines. For instance, we start with the entity setup (C-Corp, LLC, Partnership) and accumulate all the deadlines CPAs and small business consultants should know about.

Step 2 – Introduction to Deadline Tracking

Once all the items to track are loaded into our software we will then schedule a one-on-one consultation with a customer care specialist to review all of your deadlines and the individuals responsible.

Ideally, we will schedule this meeting as a recurring meeting at the beginning of each month to be prepared for all deadlines during the month.

Step 3 – Monthly Cycle Begins

Each month, we will schedule a one-on-one consultation with a customer care specialist and will email a summary with all of the deadlines.
