Nikki’s career path has been as dynamic as it is diverse. She has worked in leadership at a private elementary school, owned and operated a successful landscape design and installation business, and served as a Veterinary Technician. In each of these roles, she managed not only daily operations but the financial aspects of the business — experience that now proves invaluable in her current position. Her hands-on understanding of business ownership, budgeting, and operational efficiency allows her to relate to clients’ challenges and anticipate their needs with exceptional insight.
In her role at Scine & Associates, Nikki oversees client onboarding, manages internal workflows, coordinates communications, and handles the firm’s HR functions, including employee relations and benefits administration. She also plays a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring that both the client experience and internal processes are seamless, transparent, and efficient. Known for her warm, positive, and approachable personality, Nikki builds trust quickly and makes the often-complex world of accounting feel simple and manageable for clients. She works closely with Dominic, the firm’s owner, to deliver consistent excellence to every client we serve.
When she’s not keeping the firm’s operations running like clockwork, Nikki can be found chasing waves on a surfboard, flowing through yoga sequences, or hiking her favorite nature trails. She’s equally at home sailing on open water as she is with her hands in the garden soil, painting a new canvas, or lost in a good book. A passionate animal lover and music enthusiast, she enjoys live concerts, playing guitar and piano, and finding inspiration in art, literature, and the beauty of the natural world. Local to the area, Nikki lives down a dirt road near the St. Johns River, where the pace is peaceful, and the view is always worth it.
