Nikki’s career path has been as dynamic as it is diverse. Before joining the firm, she worked in leadership at a private elementary school, owned and operated a successful landscape design business, and served as a veterinary technician. In each role, she managed both day-to-day operations and financial responsibilities—experience that now profoundly strengthens her ability to support clients and lead internal teams. Her hands-on understanding of business ownership, budgeting, and operational structure gives her unique insight into client needs and makes her an exceptional partner in both strategic planning and accounting services.
